حذف حسابك من تطبيق «حلقات — مصحف وتحفيظ ومتابعة»

يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناته نهائياً بنفسك في أي وقت — من داخل التطبيق، أو من المتصفح دون تثبيت التطبيق — أو أن تطلب ذلك منا بالبريد.
١) الحذف بنفسك (فوري)
- ادخل بحسابك في التطبيق، أو من المتصفح على quran-halaqat.expo.app/login.
- اذهب إلى «حسابي» (أو «سجلي» للطالب)، وفي أسفل الشاشة اضغط «حذف الحساب نهائياً».
- اكتب كلمة «حذف» للتأكيد واضغط «احذف حسابي نهائياً».
إن كنت تستخدم التطبيق بلا حساب («ضيف») فاحذف بياناتك من داخل التطبيق قبل حذفه، لأن جلستك مرتبطة بجهازك.
٢) أو اطلب الحذف بالبريد (خلال ٣٠ يوماً)
أرسل الطلب إلى talhashapan8@gmail.com
من البريد المسجّل في حسابك إن وُجد، واذكر اسمك واسم المركز أو الحلقة. ولوليّ الأمر أن يطلب بالطريقة نفسها حذف بيانات ابنه.
ماذا يُحذف؟
- حساب الدخول (البريد أو الجلسة) وملفك الشخصي ورمز إشعارات أجهزتك.
- للاستخدام الفردي أو بلا حساب: مركزك الشخصي وكل أورادك وتسميعاتك وخطط حفظك.
- للمعلّم أو الطالب أو وليّ الأمر في مركز: يُفكّ ارتباطك بالمركز ويُحذف حسابك؛ وتبقى سجلات الحلقة (الحضور والتسميع) للمركز إلى أن يحذفها، ولك أن تطلب حذفها منه أو منا.
- المشرف الوحيد لمركز: يُحذف المركز كاملاً (الحلقات والطلاب والحضور والتسميع والتقييمات والرسوم) مع حسابه إن لم يكن فيه أحد غيره، أو يجعل عضواً آخر مشرفاً أولاً.
- ما يُحفظ على جهازك فقط (الأذكار والإعدادات والصفحات المحمّلة) يُزال بحذف التطبيق.
لا نحتفظ بأي نسخة من بياناتك بعد الحذف. الحذف بنفسك فوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه، وطلب البريد يُنفَّذ خلال ٣٠ يوماً على الأكثر.

To delete your account and all its data: sign in (in the app or at quran-halaqat.expo.app/login), open “My account” (حسابي), tap “Delete account permanently” (حذف الحساب نهائياً), type «حذف» and confirm. Deletion is immediate. Or email talhashapan8@gmail.com from your account email; requests are completed within 30 days. Deleted: login account, profile, push tokens, and personal records (memorization plans, recitations). Records of a study circle stay with that center until it deletes them, or on request. No copies are kept after deletion.
